The Philharmonia Celebrates 70 Years: Mary Bean & Natasha Riordan-Eva (management)

Mary Bean worked on the management team of the Philharmonia Orchestra in the 1950s, and ended up marrying the Orchestra's leader at the time, violinist Hugh Bean. Our London Concerts Manager, Natasha Riordan-Eva, visited Mary to find out what she found inspiring about working with great musicians, including Toscanini and Shostakovich among many others.
