Series nordic matters

Throughout 2017, Southbank Centre’s Nordic Matters festival takes an in-depth look at Nordic art and culture. As one of Southbank Centre’s four Resident Orchestras, we are taking part with the return of our Virtual Reality installation, concerts featuring music by Sibelius and two contemporary Icelandic composers, and a free late-night performance bringing a contemporary twist to the traditional Finnish art of rune song.
