Broadcaster, author and Voices of Revolution Series Advisor, Martin Sixsmith, leads the discussion with a panel of experts on Russian music and culture.
Pauline Fairclough specialises in Soviet musical culture, and has published widely on Shostakovich and musical life under Stalinism. Elizabeth Wilson is the author of the prize-winning book Shostakovich: A Life Remembered.
There will also be musical contributions from the Philharmonia MMSF Instrumental Fellows.
