The Philharmonia Marketing Department is offering the opportunity for a trainee to join their busy team to gain experience in a wide range of marketing activities across their concerts in London and residencies throughout the UK. The successful candidate will be able to think creatively as well as possess impeccable organisational skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines and an enthusiasm for promoting classical music to audiences all over the UK.
Hours: 9.30am - 5.30pm, 5 days per week, with additional evenings and weekends as required. Placements are voluntary and unpaid, although travel expenses (maximum equivalent of monthly travelcard, London zones 1 - 6, per month, during each Trainee placement) and a lunch allowance are available. The traineeship is for 6 months and will run from January 2015 until June 2015.
