On Saturday 16 September we'll host our next live event when composer Paul-Isaac Franks will guide us around his new piece.

We'll also be joined by Luke Crookes and two Philharmonia musicians who'll explain who sits where and why, play along for some of the time and help us make a new version of Mendelssohn's overture to A Midsummer Night's Dream

So come down between 11am and 1pm on any Saturday until 30 September to PLAY.live.

Bring your mobile too and you can get Philharmonia Orchestra ringtones when you're here and send them on to your friends!

The orchestra will play two different pieces each week - one a new commission from a young composer and one a piece from the classical repertoire. If you play an instrument you can download a part and play along live - either at one of our Saturday morning events or at any time you like! Why not write a new part that goes with one of the pieces and try it out?
