These web pages are here to help share the music and excitment of the Stepping Stones project.
Only selected classes within each school are directly involved in the project, so by putting audio recordings online the whole school - pupils, teachers and parents - can enjoy the music.

Stepping Stones 'Groove' listen to the groove
This recording is of Kevin, Matt and James playing the percussion part for the whole piece. (If you're involved in the project, you can practice your steps while you listen!)


St Swithun's Lower School - Audio Clips

St Swithun's - putting it together listen
In this clip you can hear the awesome sound of St Swithun's Lower School in their first attempt to put the piece together. You can also hear the shouting of the dancers as they try to figure out how they fit in with the music!

Rehearsing the Ending listen
In this two minute clip you can hear Kevin Hathway rehearsing the pupils of St Swithun's to get the very end of the piece really tidy and together.

Stepping Stones is a wonderful music and dance project taking place in schools all over Bedfordshire.
