We've decided to try and make life a little easier for all who use the Philharmonia and Sound Exchange websites. Previously there were separate login names and passwords for each different site and subsections, so you'd need to remember four passwords and register 4 times. We've now combined the login procedure so you only have to register once, and having logged in you'll be able to access all areas of both sites, including the ever growing Philharmonia forum (where, amongst the musical chat, you can ask Philharmonia players your questions!)
We hope there won't be too may teething problems with this system, but please do feel free to contact us if you have any problems - we'll be happy to help.
So, to login:
1. Click on the login link in the left hand navigation bar
2. Enter your email address and password. If you were previously registered for www.philharmonia.co.uk then this password will overrule any other.
3. If you've forgotten your password then simply click "Forgotten your password - click here" you'll be emailed a new password (but you can change it on the next stage)
4. Login and check your details by either choosing: "click here to view or change your details"
5. If you have different email addresses for each different account (hint - you'll have received this mailing more than once) then choose which account you'd like to use, login and make sure all your details are correct. Then email us and tell us which of your accounts you'd like us to delete.
