Areas of support
Members of the Conductors’ Circle who donate £10,000 or more are invited to choose the area of the Orchestra’s work that they would like to support.
Concerts in the Royal Festival Hall
Each season the Philharmonia Orchestra performs more than 40 concerts at the Royal Festival Hall. Even after box office income and Arts Council subsidy are taken into account there is a deficit of at least £10,000 for each concert. Your support will help ensure the Philharmonia can continue to perform with the world’s greatest conductors and soloists at its London home.
Community and Education Projects
This programme uses the artistic resources of the Philharmonia to build links across its residencies and encourage the widest possible community to develop new skills and interests through a relationship with a symphony orchestra. Your support will help ensure this vital work can continue to reach approximately 13,000 young people every year.
International Touring
Each season, the Philharmonia Orchestra embarks upon an extensive touring schedule, regularly visiting the world’s most famous concert halls with the most renowned conductors and soloists. Your support will help ensure the Orchestra can continue to perform to audiences throughout the world.
Digital Projects
The Philharmonia Orchestra is committed to finding innovative ways of using new technologies to bring its top quality live performances to people worldwide. Your support will ensure the future development of this groundbreaking award-winning programme.
Further Involvement
There are opportunities for supporting the Philharmonia Orchestra at higher levels, including directing support towards a specific concert.
