Friends and members of the Royal Academy of Arts joined us for An Evening of Art and Music starting with a private view of the Academy's pioneering exhibition Manet: Portraying Life, the first major exhibition in the UK to showcase Édouard Manet's portraiture, followed by a chamber concert featuring French repertoire as detailed below, and performed by members of the Philharmonia Orchestra.
