He has performed as soloist and chamber-musician in the UK, Switzerland, Italy, the Netherlands and America, and has appeared in festivals such as BBC Proms Plus, Kings Place Festival, Middelburg International Chamber-music Festival, Philharmonia Orchestra's Vienna: City of Dreams series, and the Scottish Cello Festival. In the summer of 2008 he spent a month studying intensively with Bernard Greenhouse.
