A benefit of being a Friend of the Philharmonia Orchestra is priority booking access, allowing you to book your tickets ahead of the concerts being made available to the general public.
If you've provided us with your e-mail address when you became a Friend please use the Forgotten Password page. Enter your e-mail here and you will be sent a link to set a new password for your account.
If you have not provided us with an e-mail address you can either book tickets via our box office on FREEPHONE 0800 652 6717 or, alternatively if you would like to be able to book online, please call our Friends department on: 020 7921 3906 to create your account. Please do not create an account on the website as this will not give you access to priority booking.
You will need to login before you have access to priority booking.
For all Philharmonia concerts in Bedford from the 17/18 season onwards you will be able to book tickets directly through the Philharmonia website.
To select your seats you can either click the 'BOOK' button from the concert listings page or if you're on the page of a specific concert you will see 'SELECT SEATS'.
Both of these buttons will take you to the seat map view. The first view will show you each section of the auditorium, selecting one of these will take you to a view showing the seats available for that section.
Select your seats and click 'ADD TO BASKET' at the bottom of the page.

COMPLETING YOUR ORDER
To complete your order once you have selected all your tickets simply follow along the step by step process in the checkout filling in all details as prompted.
Please note: Subscription discounts will be applied on the final stage of booking.
When you click 'PAY NOW' you will be directed to WorldPay to enter your card details this site is secure.
Once payment has been taken you will be directed back to the Philharmonia website where you will be presented with your order confirmation. Two e-mail confirmations will also follow; one from WorldPay the other from the Philharmonia.
