Jenkins, The Armed Man: A Mass for Peacebiography

A chorus of 600 young voices marks the 100th anniversary of the outbreak of the First World War.

This Sing UK project will bring together young people from the UK, France, Belgium and Germany; the Philharmonia Orchestra, conducted by Malcolm Goldring; and four international soloists in a landmark performance of Karl Jenkins' The Armed Man.

This performance will be the first of a number of Sing UK events between 2014 and 2018 marking the important centenary years of the First World War.
