Charismatic conductor, Nicholas Collon, described as “born communicator”  by the Evening Standard makes his debut at the Marlowe, presenting a programme featuring Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 21, renowned for its use in the 1967 film, Elvira Madigan, and Brahms’s Second Symphony which is often referred to as his ‘pastoral’ symphony because of its bright country scenes and idyllic charm.
