Coleridge-Taylor The Song of Hiawatha

Written between 1898 and 1900, Samuel Coleridge-Taylor’s trilogy of cantatas, The Song of Hiawatha, are rich tales of adventure, ancient magic and Hiawatha’s love for Minnehaha. The first part, 'Hiawatha’s Wedding Feast', became an instant success and served to make the composer’s name known throughout the world.
