After a successful concert hall and arena tour in the US, Planet Earth in Concert tours Britain throughout September in a series of concerts accompanied by the Philharmonia Orchestra. Planet Earth in Concert offers a unique opportunity to watch highlights from the much praised BBC television series, along with a live performance of George Fenton’s original score for the program. Filmed entirely in High Definition, Planet Earth in Concert offers a matchless audio-visual experience that immerses the audience into the many landscapes and environments of the world, leaving the viewer awestruck at the beauty of nature. Fenton, whose score to Planet Earth has won an Emmy and Classical Brit Award, has collaborated with the BBC Natural History Unit for over 20 years, and the sheer breadth and scale of this latest achievement is sure to go down as one of his finest accomplishments.
