A very special evening's entertainment as part of the Leicester Comedy Festival. The first, purely orchestral, half of the concert features a fabulous programme of show-stopping music from Broadway. The second half offers a real treat - the opportunity to watch Harold Lloyd's classic silent film Safety Last with live orchestral soundtrack. When a store clerk organizes a contest to climb the outside of a tall building, circumstances force him to make the perilous climb himself. In one of the most extraordinary stunt sequences ever filmed, Harold Lloyd climbs the twelve-story skyscraper above busy city streets - making for one of the most thrilling and hair-raising climaxes in cinema history.
