Singing the original German libretto, the assembled ranks of this 'Rolls Royce of choirs' (Classical Source) will bring power and drama to this magnificent oratorio. Outstanding bass Christopher Purves takes on the role of the Old Testament prophet alongside a stellar line up of soloists, all conducted by Richard Cooke.
