Rosalind performs regularly as a soloist and chamber musician in the UK, playing in venues such as the Barbican, St. John’s Smith Square, St. Martin-in-the-Fields, and the Wigmore Hall. She performs increasingly throughout Europe, for instance, at the Emiglia Romagna Festival in Italy, and the Saint-Merè Festival in France. She graduated from Corpus Christi College, Cambridge University in summer 2009, and now studies at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama with internationally renowned teacher David Takeno.

Aged 17, she was the youngest competitor at the 2006 Lionel Tertis International Viola Competition where she received the Gwynne Edwards memorial prize for the most promising British entrant, and the prize of an engagement with the European Union Chamber Orchestra. She made her London concerto début a year later, and has since frequently performed as a concerto soloist: recently, performances of Walton, Bartók, Bruch Double and Bowen concertos. Rosalind has been the recipient of awards and prizes such as: a scholarship from the GSMD, a Musician’s Benevolent Fund Award, a Countess of Munster Musical Trust Award, 1st prize- Cambridge University Musical Society Concerto Competition (2008), Winner of the Nigel W Brown Music Prize, Cambridge University (2008) (for “the student deemed by a panel of judges to be the finest instrumentalist of the year”), and Philharmonia Orchestra Martin Musical Scholarship Fund Awards. Rosalind has collaborated with such artists as the Dante, and Endellion String Quartets, Arisa Fujita, Natalie Clien and Lawrence Power.
